Our Story

Established in 2024, Auntie Ana's Pickles is more than a pickle brand - it's a tribute to my family's farming legacy and innovative spirit. Located on Driftwood Farms in Orient, New York, our pickles are crafted with care, tradition, and a passion for quality that spans generations.

The inspiration for Auntie Ana's Pickles stems from my great-grandfather, whose entrepreneurial spirit shaped the legacy of our family farm. My great-grandfather invented the pickle-picker in the 1950's, a machine that revolutionized cucumber harvesting. His creativity and commitment motivated me to continue this legacy in a way that honors our roots while bringing fresh flavors to the table. With that I, Anastasia, proudly took to the fields with my tractor, continuing our family's commitment to hard work and dedication to creating something special for everyone. From seed to jar, Auntie Ana's Pickles embodies the values of tradition, quality, and passion for fresh, homegrown flavors.

The Process..

As the founder of Auntie Ana's Pickles, I have been deeply involved in every step of the process. From planting seeds in the fertile soil of Driftwood Farms to developing the recipes in a commercial kitchen, each jar is a labor of love. My pickles are offered in four distinct flavors: classic dill spears, spicy dill spears, bread and butter chips, and spicy bread and butter chips, making sure there is something for everyone.

Creating this brand has been an exciting journey of learning, growth, and discovery. I am hands-on in farming, business management, and product development. I designed the labels, created a brand identity, and developed a marketing plan to bring Auntie Ana's Pickles to life along the way, strengthening my connection to our family's legacy. By sharing my story and our pickles, we aim to support farms and small businesses, preserving the essence of homegrown, handcrafted goods.
